Equioxx For Horses

Instructions for use:

Administer one tablet once daily for horses weighing 450-600kg bodyweight. One tablet should be administered with a small amount of food in a bucket or direct by hand, presenting the tablet mixed with food or a treat in the palm of the hand. After administration, recommend the mouth is examined if possible to ensure the tablet has been adequately swallowed.

Duration of treatment will be dependent on the response observed but should not exceed 14 days.

Equioxx For Horses

Equioxx is supplied in singles or pots of 60 tablets.

This product requires a prescription from your vet & will only be dispatched once we receive this prescription.

This medication should not be used in competing horses. It has a 14 day detection time.

Warnings & Contraindications– Do not give to horses with known hypersensitivity to the active ingredient or any of the excipients. Do not give to horses with heart, liver, gastrointestinal or kidney disease or bleeding disorders. Do not give within 24 hours of giving another NSAID or corticosteroid, please contact your vet or our Customer Care team if unsure.
Pregnancy & Lactation – Do not give to horses during breeding, pregnancy & lactation.
Withdrawal period – This medication cannot be used in horses producing milk intended for human consumption. Meat and offal have a 26 day period.
